Stuck

Hey guys
So I updated my iPhone to the new iOS 9.2.1 and the game started to lag and sometimes I had to close it from the task manager and reopen it in order to make it work
Unfortunately after updating I cant log in and get stuck at the start logo and even after pressing it nothing happens
So basically it always get stuck at the start up logo when u have to press start and then randomly quit

Plus I noticed that the game suffer to get connected with the Game Center and when this happens it doesnt work but when it connects it work
